Trip Center LLC acts solely as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, car rental companies, and other travel service providers). We facilitate bookings on your behalf but do not own, operate, or control any travel products or services.

Prices and availability displayed on this website are illustrative estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual fares, rates, and availability are confirmed by our travel specialists at the time of booking.

Our services are available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and are legal residents of the United States. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when making a booking. Trip Center LLC is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by you.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant travel supplier. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written or verbal confirmation from a Trip Center LLC specialist.

Payment terms, accepted payment methods, and any applicable service fees will be disclosed to you by our specialist before you authorise any charge. Trip Center LLC may charge a service fee in addition to the supplier's fare or rate.

Prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD). International transaction fees, if any, are the responsibility of the cardholder.

Cancellation and change policies vary by travel supplier and fare type. Many airline tickets, hotel reservations, and cruise bookings are non-refundable or subject to penalties. Our specialist will advise you of the applicable policy before you confirm your booking.

Trip Center LLC's service fees are generally non-refundable once a booking is confirmed. Refunds from travel suppliers, if applicable, are processed according to the supplier's timeline and policies, which may take 7–21 business days.

To request a cancellation or change, call us at 1-844-373-6200 or use our contact form. Trip Center LLC is not liable for any costs, losses, or damages arising from cancellations or changes made by travel suppliers.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any health or vaccination certificates required by your destination country or transit countries.

Trip Center LLC does not guarantee entry to any country and is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to inadequate documentation. We recommend consulting the U.S. Department of State (travel.state.gov) and the destination country's embassy for current entry requirements.

Trip Center LLC strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, and baggage loss. Travel insurance is not included in any booking unless explicitly stated.

Trip Center LLC is not an insurance provider and does not sell travel insurance. We may refer you to third-party insurance providers, but we are not responsible for the terms, coverage, or claims handling of any insurance policy.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRIP CENTER LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

Trip Center LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total service fees paid by you to Trip Center LLC for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

Trip Center LLC is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or negligence of any travel supplier, including but not limited to flight delays, cancellations, overbooking, lost baggage, or personal injury.

THIS WEBSITE AND OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that this website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice.

Trip Center LLC runs paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), and other digital advertising networks. Our advertisements are clearly identified as ads on those platforms.

Prices and offers referenced in advertisements are subject to availability and may change without notice. Advertised prices are estimates and are not guaranteed until confirmed by a Trip Center LLC specialist.

Trip Center LLC complies with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on advertising disclosures, Google Ads policies, and Meta Advertising Standards.

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court.

The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Delaware, unless you and Trip Center LLC agree otherwise. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

YOU AND TRIP CENTER LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

Trip Center LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
